Childhood obesity impacts mental health – breastfeeding can help prevent it.
The training focuses on the most updated neuroscience and psychological aspects of breastfeeding and the mother-baby interaction from an ecosystemic perspective (influence of partner, extended family, society and ecological niche), with a special emphasis on the relationship between breastfeeding, attachment and mental health.
The course is recorded in English and offered entirely online. Available May 28th to August 31st 2020, at your own pace. It has been awarded 26 CERPS (24L – 2R) by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE).
